Help needed to invent RPG settings

Hey moderators and members, I've put up a few places where there could be settings for adventures, but I'm short of ideas for interesting situations. Could you guys please help me invent some?

Hey, since we have a new member role playing as Ace, we'd need some settings with him in it too. I was thinking about something with Ace and Luffy, anyone has other ideas? Because we still don't have a lot of players now, so...

Okay... So, because Ace comes up later in the real story, we should make a Side-Story. About when they were young. They could have meet each other when they were young without knowing it, like a random encounter. Like...:

-Zoro: Went in the forest as soon as he finished his training in the dojo
-Nami: Lost in the forest searching oranges (?)
-Luffy, Following Ace around
-Ace: Training (?) in the forest

And they did something in group to stop something (wild animals)

That's it...

Yeah that'd be a good setting except I'm not sure they live on the same island... but we can always pretend

Yup, I know for the island, but we can say that the place Zoro was living was a... touristic place? And Nami was traveling. And Ace needed to go there for some reason...

I was thinking either we can say they meet each other somehow or we can just make a big topic about each character's own childhood and like that they might meet each other and the other characters that will join later can also participate by starting their own story in the topic... how about that?

So what you're saying is that there'll be a new *folder* with the name: Childhood. And then, there'll be posts for each one piece character...

And then the beginning of the story is the childhood story written in the original manga, and we just continue it, but any character can talk in it, without knowing that they'll be all together later.

So it's gonna be a little similar to that:

-Childhood of the characters
- Luffy -> Story --- Open to everyone
- Zoro -> Story --- Open to everyone
- Nami -> Story --- Open to everyone
- Ace -> Story --- Open to everyone
- Sanji -> Story --- Open to everyone
- ETC.

It's almost that. Each character can start their story on their own, and if two characters decide to meet each other in their story it's okay too. I was planning to put all the stories into one big topic and everyone just post whenever they want to like:

Luffy: story starts
Zoro: story starts
Luffy: story continues
Nami: story starts

But yeah I think that be too confusing... It's better to take the idea of putting a whole new forum category and post a different topic for each character. I'm thinking about removing the Other adventures category since I don't think we'll use it and replace it with Character childhood... is that good

Just that doing that (putting separate topics for each character) will make each person be alone in his character's topic... which I don't think is any fun. I thought about putting all into the same topic to make others be able to read your story and make actions that might influence your story later... I dunno what to do now.

Or else...

Choice 1: We can make a topic for the childhood of every person (like a side-story, something not related) where we don't care if they were on the same island or not.

Choice 2: All the people went in the memory of another character and they are living in the memories of that character... We can make one like that for each character

Choice 3: We can make one post about they meeting each other, and small posts about the story of each character... That any other character can continue...

Choice 4: Little stories that leads all of the characters to meet to a point... And they need to complete something... Blablabla

I'm gonna do choice 1, I'll create a new setting in Other adventures and post a topic for that, and characters can join the story when they want since it doesn't follow the original story line at all. We'll just suppose that they are all somehow transported to another place and meets each other But the characters should be younger than they are now, around 9-14...

So... All the characters are like... 7 years younger? That sounds okay. But I think that it should happen before the saddest point of their life.

But now, what we need is like a storyline... About what the story will be talking about?

The place: village, mountain, valley, forest, classroom, etc
The time: morning, night, after-noon, noon, etc
The goat: more power, more intelligence, etc
Secondary characters: teacher, mentor, guide, etc
Monsters involved
And patati, patata... >.<

Yep, I'm gonna make that setting right now, look in Other adventures =D
